Description
Normally, breweries will use normal Mochikome (Glutinous rice) for their fourth addition during Yondan Jikomi, Instead of using normal Mochikome to do their fourth addition during Yondan Jikomi, they use polished Mochikome for their fourth addition. They have specially invested in a vertical polishing machine just for the Mochikome.
Normally, the “Roman” series is Ikkai-Hiire or Nama Sake, but Dadyu Roman Junmai Ginjo Ni-kai Hiire is the only product that is pasteurised. It can be stored in a cool, dark place at room temperature until it is opened.
Dadyu Roman Junmai Ginjo Ni-kai Hiire has a gentle yet ripe fruit scent, moderate scent that is not too ripe makes you forget about times. After enjoying the scent, put it on your tongue. The taste is mild, you can easily see what the expression ‘rounded corners’ looks like. The sweetness and umami spreads out, it will go through your throat and you will not stop drinking it because it has a good mouthfeel.
