2020 is Hanaizumi Shuzo 100th year anniversary. In commemoration of that, they decided to brew a special sake. There is no other sake made by polished glutinous rice by 35%. It has an elegant aroma and a mellow taste, and makes you feel the height of dignity. The fresh fruit-like scent of Utsukushima Yume Yeast stands out gorgeously, and the rich taste spreads the gentleness of the Mochikome Yondan Jikomi.
