Description
Morohaku means making sake by using all polished rice in ancient times which refers to the highest quality of brewing. This bottle is named under morohaku with a reason and shared partly the same name as the highest tier juyondai "ryusen". This sake can be regarded as the “little brother” of Ryusen. Made from Yamada Nishiki with the polishing of 50%
