A gastroomic innovation with a minimalist and singular design by the famous Arles artist-painter, Tom Garcia.
Produced from fermentation of white Camargue rice, GuiShu Assemblage contains 80% fermented rice and 20% Colombard, a white grape from the Gers known for its fruitiness and delicacy. Intoxicating aromas of rose and lychee will reveal themselves on the nose.
In the mouth, you will find its citrus side, its slightly bitter finish and its less powerful and more elegant structure which will make you think of Alsace wines, in particular some Gewurztraminer.
