Description Tenmei Junmai Daiginjo A Bit Rich 47 Series is a Sake that was released in limited quantities by Akebono Brewery. It is a product that developed based on the concept of “A Sake that is slightly richer than the Sake that you usually drink casually”. Tenmei Junmai Daiginjo A Bit Rich 47 Series uses Yamadanishi rice from Hyogo with 40% polishing rate for koji rice, Gohyakumangoku rice from Aizu-Sakashita with 47% polishing rate for kakemai.
Elegant and soft sweet nuances like vanilla remind the scent rising from the glass. You can also feel the fragrance reminiscent of a melon-like fruit. Smooth mouthfeel as smooth as polished, the taste spreads as if slipping on the tongue, and at the same time, it exudes a refreshing melon, giving a moist sweet flavour.
Tenmei Junmai Daiginjo A Bit Rich 47 Series has a strong acidity that spreads smoothly and firmly, the bitterness and astringency characteristic of Gohyakumangoku rice express the freshness and vividness. It softly dissolves in the tongue and leads to a finish that fades away, giving a better finish like citrus fruits.
