Tenmei Kame no O 65 Junmai Hiire was released after 10 months of storage and ageing in a refrigerator of 0 - 3 celcius degrees. It is suitable to serve cold and warm.
When it is cold, it has a gentle scent like apple, a well-balanced bitterness and clean sweetness with a sharp and charming aftertaste. The lingering finish has a delicate, bittersweet flavour that gently tails.
When it is hot, it has a smooth sweet and sour scents like lemon and a mellow mouthfeel. It has a rich and elegant taste, it leaves a pleasant aftertaste with a soft, sweet flavour like vanilla.
