"Kame no O" is brewed from raw rice with Kyokai No. 9 yeast and in-house yeast, and it is made with a heart of gratitude to everyone who drinks Tenmei, everyone who supports sake brewing, and the hometown where they are born and raised. This is the 4th new sake from Akebono Shuzo.
It has a scent reminiscent of fresh fruits like apples, the gentle taste makes you feel the moist texture, and at the same time, the fine acid sparkles to express lightness in the mouth. A clear edging is applied while adding freshness to the clean sweetness. After swallowing, the bitterness gives a soft sharpness and a lingering finish like citrus fruits.
