This Nakadori No.4 is brewed using "Akaiwa Omachi" rice produced in Okayama prefecture. It is one of the few sakes in Tenmei lineup that uses rices produced outside the Fukushima prefecture.
When poured into a glass, it is slightly cloudy. The aroma is fresh and slightly grapefruit and pear-based, including juicy and charming sweetness, and a refreshing acidity due to light turbidity, which spreads freshly in the mouth. It is sharp, and the back mouth is refreshing and tightened with acid.
