Products

For damaged products

Mirai Sake Hall will take responsibility for any products that are damaged. If you have any damaged products, we have a 1-1 exchange policy. However, we are not liable for any losses or damages after you received the product in a good condition.

Change of Mind

Alternatively, if you simply just changed your mind, you can send the product/s back via a courier of your choice and we would be happy to do a refund.

● Product/s would have to be unopened and undamaged to be applicable for the refund.
● Product/s is/are not unpasteurized sake.
● SGD$4 would be deducted for every order returned due to a subsidized delivery rate that was offered in the initial purchase.
● Refunds will be done only via PayNow within 14 days after confirmation of the returned items.
● You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).

Events

Cancellation

● No refunds will be provided for individual's cancellation.
● In the case of event cancellation made by Mirai Sake Hall, a full refund will be provided.

Postponement/change of date

● If a request of date change is made 7 days before event, Mirai Sake Hall can either: 1. Arrange for a date change if there is availability on a future day for the same event 2. Provide a voucher equivalent to the amount the customer paid for the ticket, valid for 3 months, only for use to purchase products exclusively in miraisakehall.sg.

Mirai Sake Hall reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
