Hirotogawa Junmai Akiagari is the autumn sake that is produced by Matsuzaki Sake Brewery, a historical sake brewery that has been in business for over 100 years and was founded in Meiji 25. It is a sake with wonderfully balanced acidity and bitterness that combines the sweetness.
The standing scent is mild, but it is somewhat rich as it ages. It is smooth and soft, it has the sweetness and umami of rice, and its acidity and bitterness are suppressed despite the fact that it is a low-polished rice. Indeed, it has a more mature taste by extending the ageing period of bottle storage at low temperature.
