This sake has a slightly different image from other sake made at the brewery. The rice used for the hanging rice of this product is a variety called "Haruyo", which is a low-protein rice for people with protein restrictions.
Slightly sweet and refreshing muscat scent, with a refreshing light attack and a round sweetness, followed by a crisp acid taste. It tightens sharply, gives a smart finish while wearing juiciness, and leaves an impression similar to a refreshing white wine.
