Standing incense is never flashy. It smells gently. When deeply inhaled, there is a faint, refreshing scent reminiscent of melons. Upon tasting it, the fragrance expands softly. Of course, gently.
The sweetness, a characteristic of "Chiebijin," spreads along with the aroma. It has a firm sweetness yet doesn't feel heavy, letting you sense the plump umami of the rice. It's assertive yet gentle. The acidity is clean and very pleasant and the balance is just perfect!
