Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo has a juicy umami like white peach, with a soft yet juicy taste. It has an elegant aroma, a smooth mouthfeel with a rounded, mellow flavour and a clean finish. Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo won the Gold medal in the 'Yume no Ka' section of the Fukushima Spring Appraisal Committee in 2017.
