It is a Junmai Ginjo unpasteurized raw sake made from brewing suitable rice "Omachi" polished to 55%. It is a slightly sparkling type with "usu-nigori" that includes lees, offering a refreshing summer sake with a faint muscat-like aroma, the richness of rice flavor, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
