"Meikyoshisui La vie en Rose" Special Edition! It's incredibly glamorous and cute! This pink sake is brewed using red yeast sake yeast, resulting in a pink hue. Finished with a low alcohol content (11%), it's a gentle sake.
The top layer has a bright salmon pink color with a hint of cloudiness, resembling a gentle pink like strawberry milk. Combined with the rose on the label, it's like a bouquet that you can enjoy with your eyes as well.
It has a silky mouthfeel with a sweet and sour flavor that spreads across the palate. Due to its low alcohol content, it has a light mouthfeel, the sweetness and umami of the rice spread elegantly, and the aftertaste finishes crisply.
