To celebrate the first quarter of an already bustling year in 2025, Mirai Sake Hall & Shukuu Izakaya are back hosting SAKE SAKE: The Izakaya Festival! This time, it is our APRIL EDITION. Relive the creativity and passion from our Sake educators and Izakaya chefs, where we present an experience like none other in Singapore over 80 types of Sake and Izakaya food to pair together. From Doboruku to craft Sakes, from Hot Sakes to Nama Sakes, there is nothing short of a Sake spectacle in this event.
Highlights of SAKE SAKE 2025: APRIL EDITION. As per our usual habit, we are always innovating for our Sake Sake event to share exciting flavours with the world. Some new inclusions - Ramen boat noodles + hot sake pairing / Mystery Sake cold brew / Homemade Japanese pudding, just to name a few on top of favourite Izakaya dishes!
Mini Class on the science of Sake Cups and basic pairing. For only ONCE a session, a special class inspired by another well-regarded spinoff event of ours "Sake and the City" will be held in our private room. The lesson will be taught by Mario, the cup nerd of the shop. LIMITED to 20 people per lesson only. It will be held at the start of your chosen session to help equip you an enjoyable experience for the rest of the event!
